Awesome he fixed the problem and advised what to do if the problem should occur again in the future.
We have worked with this service vendor on several occasions, each time we are happy we called. Because we work with him often, we have a remote support contract setup, so we contacted him around 7:30 am and they began remote troubleshooting and correction around 8. By 10:30, they sent us an email informing us the issue had been corrected and that they had run all necessary test to verify this.
